Kävimme tänään Brecon Beacons -kansallispuiston alueella. Tarkemmin ottaen kävimme tutustumassa Brecon Mountain -rautatiehen. Junaa veti hiilikäyttöinen höyryveturi ja vaunutkin pyrkivät olemaan teemanmukaiset. Junassa istuimme yhteensä noin 45 minuuttia, minkä lisäksi kävelimme jonkin verran reitin puolivälissa pysäkin ympäristössä. Päivityksen lopussa on kuvia, joista ei tietenkään saa hyvää käsitystä, mutta voin vakuutta, että kaunista oli ja sääkin suosi.

We visited Brecon Beacons -national park area today. More precisely we went to see what the Brecon Mountain Railway was all about. The steam locomotive was fueled by coal and the wagons had also been designed according to the theme. We sat in the train for about 45 minutes in total and then did some walking around a station where the train stopped. There are photos at the end of this post. They naturally won't give you a proper idea but I can assure you, it was beautiful and the weather was nice.
In the evening Hanna and I fooled around with a glass bottle - successfully and no one was hurt. The video can be watched on Facebook.

On the way back we walked through a cemetary.
