Tämä päivä kului lähinnä matkustaessa, joten aion lisätä vain joitain kuvia iloksenne. Saimme selville, että taksilla meno Merthyr Tydfilistä Cardiffin lentokentälle maksaa noin 40 puntaa. Täällä nämä julkisten hinnat ovat hieman sekavia, kun välillä bussi maksaa enemmän kuin taksi ja menopaluu on välillä pelkkää menoa halvempi jne. Aer Lingusin lentoturvallisuusesityksessä käytettiin pelastusliivejä, joissa oli Finnairin logo - en tiedä muista, mutta mulle tuli heti hyvin turvallinen olo.

Today was spent mostly by travelling so I'm just going to add some photos to entertain you. We found out that to take a taxi from Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff airport costs about 40 pounds. These prices for the public transport are quite confusing since sometimes the bus costs more than a taxi and a return ticket might be cheaper than a single ticket etc. Aer Lingus' in-flight safety demonstration used life-vests with a Finnair (a Finnish airline) logo on them - I don't know about the others but I suddenly felt very safe.
Olen yrittänyt olla ajattelematta joulua, mutta aina sitä vain ei pääse pakoon. Tässä tämänpäiväinen lounaani (tytöt söi Subwayssä). // I've been trying to not think about Christmas but sometimes you just can't hide from it. Here's my today's lunch (the girls had Subway).

Cardiffin lentokenttä oli niin valtava ja kiireinen, että pelkäsimme eksyvämme tai ettemme ehdi check-in:iin ajoissa ja siten myöhästymme lennoltamme! Onneksi ja kaikesta huolimatta matka sujui ongelmitta... // The Cardiff airport was so huge and busy, we were scared we might get lost or that we might not be able to check-in on time and therefore we'd miss our flight! Luckily and despite everything the trip went smoothly...
