Thailand - day 7 (MHS)

No laitoin sen, tosin jostain syystä herättämään vasta klo 8:25. No, viidessä minuutissa ehtii hyvin kouluun.
Kaikki ravintolat täällä on avoimia, joten pystyimme ihan rauhassa seuraamaan kadun liikennettä. Jossain vaiheessa tulivat sitten hyttyset ja iskivät minua seitsemän kertaa nilkkoihin. Elinaa ei syönyt yksikään. Maistun siis kai paremmalle? On hyvä päivä mennä ajoissa nukkumaan.

I woke up at 6:15am and realized I had not set my alarm. Well I did it, but for some reason I only set it for 8:25. Well, there’s enough time to get to school in five. Katriina had a rather difficult maths problem. I still don’t know what the easiest way to solve it was, but I did get the right answer. And I took my water bottle to school today and I’ve been drinking a lot more. Go me! No more head ache.
Janette keeps asking difficult questions as well. Like of which are the pencils’ cores made? Was that grammatically correct? I remembered there being two substances but there was only one, graphite. Oh well…
Nit, the helper, came to clean our apartment today. It’s so lovely I don’t have to dust. For lunch we had, Phat Thai, chicken with noodles. We planned our trip to Chiang Mai which takes place next week. I’m going there by car with the family and then fly back with Elina. Virpi-Maria, the mother, comes back tomorrow so the schedule is set then.
It feels like I’m starving all the time though I do eat. Well maybe it will pass. We went to have dinner at a relatively western-looking place. They had white tablecloths on the tables and some guys were watching soccer in the corner. All the restaurants here are open so we got to follow the traffic of the street. At some point the mosquitoes attacked and got my ankles seven times. None bit Elina. So I taste better? Anyway, it feels like a good day to go to bed early.
